This website is operated by 1GOGH LTD., a limited company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand under registration number 0105568016312, with its registered office at 29 Vanissa Building, 25th Floor, Chit Lom Lane, Phloen Chit Road, Lumphini Sub-District, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand (“1GOGH”, “we”, “us”).
1GOGH is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”).
Data we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry or write to us, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, business email address, telephone number, country and the content of your message.
Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type — for security and operation of the website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include such data in your message.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your inquiry and preparing a commercial offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting business.
- Performing a contract with you or the company you represent.
- Complying with legal obligations, including accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Protecting the website against misuse and ensuring its security — our legitimate interest.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
International transfers
Because our business is international, personal data may be transferred to counterparties or service providers outside Thailand. Where this happens, we take the measures required by the PDPA to ensure an adequate level of protection, or rely on another lawful basis such as the performance of a contract you have requested.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Data relating to contracts is kept for as long as required by Thai accounting, tax and commercial law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the PDPA, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion, destruction or anonymisation of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing;
- receive your data in a commonly used electronic format and have it transferred (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to inquiries is limited to staff who need it to respond. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
